新中国成立以来教师教育培养目标的嬗变 被引量:5

The Evolution of Training Objectives of Teacher Education Since the Founding of the People's Republic of China

摘要 从教师教育政策演进中考察教师教育培养目标的发展具有重要价值。新中国成立以来教师教育培养目标可划分为合格胜任型、素质发展型、内生动力型、创新综合型四个指向不同的类型,并呈现出一定的内在逻辑:对教师综合素质的要求由表及里地向内部深化;对教师专业发展的引领由静及动地向终身延展;对教师的最终塑造向教育家升华。展望未来,要进一步深化教师教育公平转向:凸显教师教育公平取向,培养教师公平素养,追求过程公平的卓越教师专业标准。 It is valuable to explore the evolution of the training objectives of teacher education from the perspective of the evolution of the policies of teacher education.With the development of the four periods since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of teacher education has different directions:qualified and competent type,quality development type,endogenous dynamic type,and innovative and comprehensive type.The evolution of teacher education training objectives has internal logics:the requirement of teachers'comprehensive quality deepens from exterior to interior;the guidance of teachers' professional dev elopment ext ends from static to dynamic and lifelong;the final molding ol teachers sublimates from teachers to educators.Looking forward to the future,we should further deepen the orientation of the fairness of teacher education,which means highlighting the orientation of the fairness of teacher education,training the fair quality of teachers,and pursuing the excellent prof essional standards of process fairness.
