核电厂严重事故薄弱环节确定方法研究

摘要 核电厂严重事故薄弱环节识别是核电厂严重事故预防和缓解措施设计及优化的重要基础,也是严重事故管理导则开发的关键要素之一。我国尚缺少核电厂严重事故薄弱环节相关筛选准则,本文对美国单个电厂检查及严重事故问题关闭导则中的电厂严重事故薄弱环节筛选准则及分析方法和流程进行研究,提出适用于国内二代改进型核电机组严重事故薄弱环节的确定方法,并应用于国内二代改进型核电机组开展了严重事故预防薄弱环节分析。 Identifying severe accident vulnerabilities for Nuclear Power Plants is an important foundation for severe accident prevention and mitigation measures design and optimization.And it is also one of the key elements for development of Severe Accident Management Guidance.There was lack of selection criterion for severe accident prevention and mitigation vulnerabilities in China.Selection criterion and analysis method for severe accident vulnerabilities in Individual Plant Examination in USA and severe accident closure guideline was investigated,identifying method for severe accident vulnerabilities for improved GenⅡ NPP was proposed and applied in improved GenⅡ NPP in this paper.
