摘要
本文以快堆CFR600蒸汽发生器事故保护系统为设计研究对象,将保护系统功能需求及设计实现与"六性"协同设计理念相结合,探讨了快堆蒸汽发生器事故保护系统联合设计思路,并提出了提高保护系统及配套设施可用性的关键措施等。在参考国内外快堆蒸汽发生器事故保护设施设计方案和国内快堆经验基础上,根据六性要求给出了CFR600蒸汽发生器事故保护系统及配套各功能模块系统功能需求和设计方案。研究表明:在复杂系统设计中采用六性与系统功能需求相融合的设计方法,可以规范系统设计程序和流程,明确系统功能模块之间的接口关系,降低系统设计风险,提高系统及相关配套设备部件的可追溯性,进而有助于提升系统与设备的可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性、安全性及环境适应性。本文提出的方法论对于复杂系统工程各个单元功能模块设计具有借鉴指导意义。
In this paper,taking the accident protection system of fast reactor CFR600 steam generator as the research object,combines the function requirement and design realization of the protection system with the concept of " Six properties" collaborative design,discusses the joint design idea of the accident protection system of fast reactor steam generator,and puts forward the key to improving the availability of the protection system and supporting facilities,etc.On the basis of referring to the design scheme of accident protection system for fast reactor steam generator at home and abroad and the experience of fast reactor at home,the functional requirements and design scheme of CFR600 steam generator accident protection system and its supporting functional modules are given according to the six properties requirements.The research shows that the design method of integration of six properties and system functional requirements in complex system design can standardize system design procedures and processes,clarify the interface relationship between system functional modules,reduce system design risks,improve the traceability of system and related supporting equipment components, and then help to improve reliability, maintainability,supportability,testability,safety and environmental adaptability of the system and equipment.The methodology presented in this paper can be used for reference and guidance in the design of functional modules of each unit in complex system engineering.
