收缩人工蜂群算法在核动力设备优化设计中的应用

摘要 人工蜂群算法已经被广泛应用于工程领域,然而传统人工蜂群算法在处理复杂问题时,具有搜索精度低的缺点。本文旨在建立一种在搜索后期增强收缩功能的收缩人工蜂群算法,在最优方案可能存在的区域利用收缩策略加以局部快速搜索,即小区域纵深挖掘,从而克服人工蜂群算法的缺点,提高优化算法的寻优能力。采用收缩人工蜂群算法对Ackley测试函数开展的数值实验表明,收缩人工蜂群算法的搜索性能优于引入免疫选择和跟踪搜索的人工蜂群算法(IABC)、标准人工蜂群算法(ABC)、全局最优解引导的人工蜂群算法(GABC)、基于排序选择的人工蜂群算法(RABC)及基于锦标赛选择的人工蜂群算法(TABC),有助于解决核动力轴封式主循环泵以减轻重量为优化目标的实例优化问题。将收缩人工蜂群算法应用于核电轴封式主循环泵的优化设计中,基于轴封式主循环泵的尺寸、重量估算模型,结合收缩人工蜂群算法,实现对轴封式主循环泵设计变量的实例优化计算。优化效果比较显著,优化方案及分析可为轴封式主循环泵设计方案选取提供参考。 The Artificial Bee Colony algorithm has the popular application to the engineering region.However,there are a few disadvantages of traditional Artificial Bee Colony algorithm for solving complex optimization problems,such as the searching accuracy is low.The proposed Contracting Artificial Bee Colony algorithm was to increase the contracting function of Artificial Bee Colony algorithm in the later evolution period.The proposed contracting strategy was used to perform quickly local search within promising areas(for intensification within promising areas).Then,the disadvantages of Artificial Bee Colony algorithm were overcome.The Contracting Artificial Bee Colony algorithm was tested with Ackley function.The optimized results of benchmark function show that Contracting Artificial Bee Colony algorithm has better searching performance than Artificial Bee Colony algorithm with Immune Selection and Tracking Search(IABC),Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(ABC),Global Best Solution Guided Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(GABC),Artificial Bee Colony algorithm based on Rank Selection(RABC)and Artificial Bee Colony algorithm based on Tournament Selection(TABC).The Contracting Artificial Bee Colony algorithm is helpful to deal with the optimization problem of the main circulation pump with shaft seal in the nuclear power plant,aimed to decrease its weight.The optimization problem of the main circulation pump with shaft seal is a typical non-linear,strong coupled,complex optimization problem.The estimation of the size and weight of the main circulation pump with shaft seal was formulated as an optimization problem,and the Contracting Artificial Bee Colony algorithm was applied to the main circulation pump with shaft seal optimization design,aimed at decreasing its weight.Thus,the manufacture,transport and arrangement of the main circulation pump with shaft seal could be easier and more convenient.The optimization effect is obvious.The corresponding optimized results and the analysis can provide reference for the design scheme selection of the main circulation pump with shaft seal in the nuclear power plant.
