According to the process design parameters,combined with the actual conditions of the plant,the vertical and horizontal mixed type annealing furnace of the continuous hot dip galvanizing unit was designed,the main technical characteristics,equipment configuration,energy saving,safety and other aspects of the furnace system were summarized,in order to promote the design and application of the continuous hot dip galvanizing annealing furnace.
