霁蓝釉的研制

Development of Ji Blue Glaze

霁蓝釉就是以氧化钴为主要着色剂,烧制而成的颜色釉。主要施釉于祭器和华贵陈设、祭祀用瓷。釉面不流不裂,色调浓淡均匀,呈色稳定。笔者主要以钾长石、方解石、滑石、高岭土、氧化钴、氧化铁为原料制备霁蓝釉。通过单因素法探索配方组成对霁蓝釉釉面呈色的影响,考察了工艺条件如施釉厚度、球磨时间对釉面性能的影响。研究结果表明:霁蓝釉最佳配方组成(质量%)为:钾长石40,方解石12,滑石3.5,高岭土11,氧化钴2.5,氧化铁0.8。在浸釉5 s且球磨时间为15 min时,所制备的霁蓝釉釉面颜色蓝如大海(L值=12.96,a值=10.68,b值=-25.82),表面光滑平整无裂纹且呈色稳定。

Ji blue glaze is a kind of color glaze made of cobalt oxide as the main colorant.The glaze is mainly used for sacrificial utensils,luxurious furnishings and sacrificial porcelain.The glaze does not flow or crack,the color is even and stable.In this experiment,Ji blue glaze was prepared by feldspar,glazes,calcite,talc,quartz,kaolin,cobalt oxide and iron oxide as raw materials.Through single factor the influence of composition on the glaze color of Ji blue glaze was explored,and the influence of technological conditions such as glaze thickness,milling time on the glaze performance was investigated.The results show that the optimum composition of Ji blue glaze(%):K-feldspar 40,calcite 12,talc 3.5,kaolin 11,cobalt oxide 2.5,iron oxide 0.8,glaze dipping for 5 s,and the ball milling time of 15 min,the color of the glaze surface is blue as the sea(L=12.96,a=10.68,b=-25.82),the surface is smooth without cracks and stable in color.
