高等职业院校的电商专业产教融合不断深入,需要高水平、专业化的“双师型”教师队伍。经过查阅职业院校电子商务双师型队伍建设的资料,针对双师型建设的问题进行详细分析,通过深化管理体制改革创新,构建双师资源平台、建立标准化体系、师资培养和引进机制、开展行之有效的活动和制定具有长效性的激励和保障机制等进行双师型教师队伍建设。探索出符合职业院校电子商务发展的双师型教师队伍建设之路,以期为企业培育更多优质的电商人才提供更有效的保障。

With the continuous deepening of the integration of production and education of e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges,a high-level and professional dual-teacher team is needed.After consulting the information on the construction of dual-qualified e-commerce teams in vocational colleges,a detailed analysis of the dual-qualified construction issues,through deepening management systemreform and innovation,to build a dual-resource resource platform,establish a standardized system,teacher training and introduction mechanism,Carry out effective activities and develop long-term incentive and guarantee mechanisms to build a double-qualified teacher team.Explore the construction of a dual-type teacher team in line with the development of e-commerce in vocational colleges,and provide more effective protection for enterprises to cultivate more high-quality e-commerce merchants.
