摘要
旅游中的主客互动是最重要的吸引物之一,民宿则是微观视角下东道居民与游客互动的关键场所,因此提高民宿主客互动具有重要的研究意义。通过构建主客互动、游客满意度及行为意愿模型,以问卷调查的方式收集了研究数据,并应用SPSS24.0和AMOS 23.0统计分析软件进行了数据分析,验证了研究假设。结果表明:主客互动的三个层面,即信息互动、服务互动和人际互动均显著正向影响游客满意度及行为意愿,游客满意度显著正向影响其行为意愿,其中女性群体与民宿主人的人际互动对满意度的影响比男性群体大。
Host-guest(H-G)interaction was one of the most important attraction in tourism,while Guest Houses was a crucial H-G Interaction place under a micro perspective.Therefore,improving the H-G Interaction quality has a great research meaning.Targeted at im-proving the H-G Interaction.This paper constructed the model between H-G Interaction,tourists satisfaction(TS)and behavior intention(BI).Using AMOS 23.0 statistical analysis software to analyze questionnaire samples,and constructed a structural equation modeling(SEM)to exam the research hypotheses.The results showed that:Three levels of H-G Interaction,i.e.,information interaction,service interaction and interpersonal interaction,had significant positive affections on tourist satisfaction.Meanwhile,the interpersonal interaction between the female group and the host had a greater impact on satisfaction than its counterparty.
