On Muxin’s Emotional Changes to Wuzhen from Muxin’s Works

木心与乌镇,正如他的小说《温莎墓园日记》中那枚生丁的正反两面一样,剥离了一面,便不成生丁,蕴含的深意就消失了。木心对乌镇的情感,明显经历了三个阶段:童年少年时期的欢乐,返回故乡的失望愤懑,定居故乡的安然恬淡。其中前两个阶段的时间间隔竟然达到五十多年,这五十多年可以看作是木心对乌镇魂牵梦绕的相思阶段。木心深爱乌镇,乌镇抚慰木心,两者相辅相成。

Muxin and Wuzhen,just like the positive and negative sides of his novel the diary of Windsor cemetery,if one side is stripped off,it will not become a child,and the implication will disappear.Muxin’s affection for Wuzhen can be divided into three stages:the joy of childhood,the disappointment and resentment of returning to his hometown,and the tranquility of settling in his hometown.The time interval between the first two stages is more than 50 years,which can be regarded as the lovesickness stage of Muxin's yearning for Wuzhen.Muxin deeply loves Wuzhen,Wuzhen comforts Muxin,and the two complement each other.
