摘要 为提高通道系统艉门和跳板的建造、安装精度,以某船通道系统艉门和跳板为研究对象,对影响艉门和跳板建造、安装精度的3个关键因素(结构精度控制、铰链镗孔和轴孔同心度控制、密性控制)进行研究。通过采用关键技术,使艉门和跳板的施工顺利通过验收,提高艉门和跳板的建造、安装质量,缩短建造周期,确保船体的水密性能,为同类型船艉门和跳板的建造安装提供参考。 In order to improve the construction accuracy of the stern door and gangplank of access system,three key factors affecting the construction accuracy are investigated,i.e.the accuracy of structures,the concentricity between the hinge boring and the shaft hole,and the watertight control.It is the key technology which assures that the stern door and the gangplank are successfully constructed and delivered,the quality of construction and installation is improved,the construction cycle is shortened and the hull is guaranteed to be waterproof.This study provides reference for the construction and installation of similar stern doors and gangplanks.
