摘要
对多专业协同开孔设计管理和基于知识工程的开孔技术进行研究。通过控制开孔的轮廓和开孔申请单的工作状态,实现设计协同过程中的数据共享和设计状态管理。采用知识工程方法实现轮廓线自动计算和结构批量开孔。实践应用结果表明,该成果不仅能实现以流程驱动管理的设计模式,而且能保证设计的高效性和准确性。
This paper studies the multi-disciplinary collaborative opening design management and the hole opening technology based on knowledge engineering.By controlling the opening profile and the opening application sheet status,the data sharing and design status management are realized for the collaborative design process.The knowledge engineering method is used to realize the automatic calculation of the profile and batch opening of structures.The result of practical application shows that the achievement can not only realize the process driven design,but also ensures high design efficiency and accuracy.
