成为“这一个”:儿童定制学习实践研究

摘要 中国基础教育正迈入核心素养的新时代。而传统学校教学空间以及教学组织形式相对单一,学习情境相对简单,学习过程相对窄化,导致课程难以真正活化成儿童素养,儿童学习缺乏幸福感、成就感、方向感。张家港市实验小学基于“学生发展核心素养”,基于国家意志、时代需要与儿童需求,引导儿童、帮助儿童“群体”或“个体”制订学习规划,选择学习内容、学习方式、学习伙伴、学习导师等,建构“儿童定制学习”的整体框架、主要实践策略、资源平台等,支持每一个儿童实现在共性发展基础之上的个性化发展,让儿童成为人格健全、精神丰满、个性飞扬的“这一个”。 China's basic education is entering a new era of core literacy.However,the traditional school teaching space and teaching organization form are relatively simple,the learning situation is relatively simple,and the learning process is relatively narrow,which makes it difficult to activate the curriculum into children's literacy,and children lack a sense of happiness,achievement,and direction in learning.Zhangjiagang Experimental Primary School is based on the"core literacy of student development",based on the will of the country,the needs of the times and the needs of children,guides children and helps children"groups"or"individuals"to formulate learning plans,select learning content,learning methods,learning partners,and learning mentors etc,constructing the overall framework,main practical strategies,resource platform of“children’s customized learning”,to support each child to achieve“individual development”based on“common development”,and to make children have a sound personality,full spirit,and individuality.
