摘要
教科研训深度融合,是新时代教师发展中心的工作诉求和发展愿景。在“学科微课题”的区域化管理和推进过程中,贯通立体多维的融合方式,创新科学高效的融合机制,拓宽互联互通的融合路径,可以促进教科研训在“据于现场”的实践中得以一体化深度融合。
