重大疫情下高校来华留学生的自我关怀与情绪状态研究 被引量:15

摘要 来华留学生作为我国高等教育办学中的一个特殊群体,近年来招生规模稳步增长,新冠肺炎疫情对他们的来华求学之路产生了影响。对南京部分高校来华留学生的问卷调查发现,来华留学生的自我关怀能力较强,但情绪波动较大,其自我关怀与正性情绪有显著正相关,与负性情绪有显著负相关。面对因疫情产生的负性情绪,来华留学生应积极进行自我情绪疏导,注重自我关怀和情绪管理。学校应实施灵活多元的在线教育管理,加强对留学生的在线学习和生活指导,给予他们思想引导和必要的人文关怀,帮助来华留学生顺利度过疫情期。 As a special group in higher education in China,the enrollment of international students in China has been increasing steadily in recent years.The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected international students’study in China.By the questionnaire survey on international students from some universities in Nanjing,it is found that the self-compassion ability of international students is stronger than Chinese university students,but their emotion fluctuates more greatly than Chinese university students.Self-compassion is significantly positively correlated with positive affect,and negatively correlated with negative affect.When facing negative emotions caused by the epidemic,international students should actively engage in self-emotional counseling and focus on self-compassion and emotional management.Hence,schools should implement flexible and diversified online education management,strengthen online learning and life guidance to international students,and give them the right guidance and the necessary humanistic care to help international students tide over the epidemic period.
