摘要
青年工作受到来自新媒体技术引发的“技术、市场、资本、社交、劳动、组织”等六个全新的且相互关联的挑战影响,面对着“系统性压力”,实践中须遵循习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想,充分思量后疫情时代青年工作面对的严峻“形式和任务”,重新“定位和评估”新媒体对青年工作的影响。
New media technology driven by capital and market is continuously iterated and permeated.Youth work is influenced by new media technologies,markets,capital,social,labor,and organizations facing systemic pressure.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on youth work has given very important care and guidance to youth work under the influence of new media technology.A very different youth work situation is taking shape.Ideas must be guided by circumstances,we should consider the necessity and urgency of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and reposition and reevaluate the situation and task of youth work in the new media era.
