青岛市支持氢能产业发展的路径研究

随着新能源、新材料、汽车等领域的科技进步,全球氢能产业迎来一个新的发展阶段,氢燃料电池汽车成为重点发展方向之一。青岛市具有化工副产氢资源丰富、产业发展潜力大、研发力量雄厚等基础优势,也存在来源渠道单一、产业链不完善、支持政策不明确等短板。未来推动氢能产业发展的根本路径在于遵循"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展理念,增强顶层设计,破除制度障碍,打造氢能研发—制取—储运—应用产业链,完善基础设施,构建安全体系,实现"东方氢岛"战略目标。

With the scientific and technological progress in the fields of new energy,new materials,and automobiles,the global hydrogen energy industry has ushered in a new stage of development,and hydrogen fuel cell vehicle has become one of the key development directions.Qingdao has basic advantages such as abundant chemical by-product hydrogen resources,large industrial development potential,and strong R&D capabilities.It also has shortcomings such as a single source channel,an incomplete industrial chain,and unclear support policies.The fundamental way to promote the development of the hydrogen energy industry in the future is to follow the development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing",strengthen the top-level design,remove institutional barriers,and build a hydrogen energy R&D—production—storage and transportation—application industry chain to improve infrastructure,build a security system,and achieve the"Oriental Hydrogen Island"strategic goal.
