Influence of PBL Teaching on the Teaching Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的比较问题式教学法(PBL)与传统教学法(LBL)在中医学十二经脉教学效果的差别,探索基于PBL教学法在中医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法将86名学生随机分为PBL教学组和LBL教学组,在课程结束时采用考核和调查问卷的方法分析教学效果。结果PBL组学生的理论知识得分、临床技能得分、病例分析得分、总分、主观满意度和专业兴趣的帮助程度均高于LBL教学组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论基于PBL教学模式在中医学教学中应用效果显著,值得在临床教学中应用。 Objective To compare the difference effect between problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method and lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method in TCM meridians,and to explore the application effect of PBL mode in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 86 students were divided into PBL teaching group and LBL teaching group randomly.At the end of the course,the assessment and questionnaire were used to analyze the teaching effect.Results The theoretical knowledge score,clinical skill score,case analysis score,total score,subjective satisfaction and professional interest of the PBL group were higher than those of the LBL(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Based on the PBL teaching mode,the application effect in traditional Chinese medicine teaching is significant,which is worthy of application in clinical teaching.
