辨证论治联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肝炎胁痛50例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatic Hypochondriac Pain Based on Syndrome Differentiation for 50 Cases

目的探讨中药联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肝炎胁痛的临床效果。方法研究对象来自2018年1月—2019年3月门诊治疗的慢性肝炎胁痛的患者,随机选择采用中药联合穴位贴敷治疗的患者50例作为观察组,并随机纳入单纯以中药治疗的患者50例作为对照组,比较2组的治疗效果和胁痛程度变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率96.0%相较于对照组的80.0%高,胁痛降低程度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论慢性肝炎胁痛患者以中药联合穴位贴敷治疗的作用明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application on chronic hepatitis hypochondriac pain.Methods The study subjects were from patients with chronic hepatitis hypochondriacitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 20 to March 2019.50 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint sticking were randomly selected as observation group,and were randomly included in patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine as a control group.The treatment effects and the degree of hypochondriac pain were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,whichh was higher than that of the control group,and the degree of hypochondriac pain was lower than that of the control group P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application is obvious in patients with chronic hepatitis hypochondriac pain.
