中频治疗仪穴位电疗法预防产后出血及乳汁分泌不足临床观察

Clinical Observation on Point Electrotherapy with Medium Frequency Therapeutic Apparatus in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage and Insufficient Milk Secretion

目的观察中频治疗仪穴位电疗法对预防产后出血及乳汁分泌不足的疗效。方法选择宁都县中医院妇产科2018年6月—2019年7月收治的产妇58例,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,比较这2组产妇泌乳量、产后出血量、住院时间及疼痛指数。结果观察组产妇产后2 h、3 h、4 h的出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05),而泌乳量随着产后时间的增加逐渐增加,高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组产妇的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中频治疗仪穴位电疗法对预防产后出血及乳汁分泌不足的疗效明显,可刺激产妇产生催乳素使乳汁分泌,促进脑垂体分泌缩宫素而使子宫收缩,从而减少产后阴道出血量,避免严重并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of point electrotherapy with medium frequency therapeutic apparatus in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and insufficient milk secretion.Methods 58 parturients from June 2018 to July 2019 in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Ningdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into observation group and control group according to random number expression.The lactation volume,postpartum hemorrhage volume,hospitalization time and pain index of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2,3 and 4 hours after delivery(P<0.05),while the amount of lactation increased gradually with the increase of postpartum time,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint electrotherapy with mid-frequency therapeutic apparatus is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and lactation insufficiency.It can stimulate the production of prolactin to secrete milk,promote the secretion of oxytocin by pituitary gland to contract uterus,thereby reducing the amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding and avoiding the occurrence of serious complications.
