穴位按摩对胸腰椎骨折患者围术期焦虑情绪、便秘的影响

Effect of Acupoint Massage on Perioperative Anxiety and Constipation in Patients with Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的探讨穴位按摩对胸腰椎骨折患者围术期焦虑情绪、便秘的影响。方法64例腰椎骨折手术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各32例。对照组进行常规围术期护理,观察组进行穴位按摩围术期护理干预。比较2组临床疗效、焦虑抑郁情绪、症状改善时间。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组首次排气时间、腹胀改善时间、首次排便时间均明显少于对照组,且1周排便次数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者围术期实施穴位按摩护理干预,有效改善焦虑情绪、便秘症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on perioperative anxiety and constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 64 cases of lumbar fracture surgery patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received acupoint massage perioperative nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,anxiety,depression and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the first exhaust time,abdominal distension improvement time and first defecation time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the number of defecation in 1 week of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,and ther had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of acupoint massage for patients with thoracolumbar fracture in perioperative period can effectively improve anxiety and constipation symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
