Summary of Clinical Experience in Beijing in the First Half of 2019 Based on the Theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors

2019(己亥)年的五运六气基本格局为厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,岁运土运不及,表现在人体上是“风病”“热病”易发,脾胃易受邪扰。通过记录2019年上半年厥阴风木司天的北京地区气象、物候、易发病证特点及临证诊治思路,按六气时段分而论述,并与经文比较、分析和验证,可从中更好地体悟先贤论述之严谨与精妙,亦可作为当前医界同仁学习与应用五运六气理论之参考。

The basic pattern of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in 2019(Qihai)was Jueying Fengmu Sitian,Shaoyang Xianghuo Zaiquan,and the Suiyun was Tuyun Buji.In such a situation,people were more likely to have wind syndrome,fire-heat syndrome and digestive system diseases.By recording the meteorology,phenology,susceptible syndromes and the TCM clinical thinking in Beijing in the first half of 2019,and compare,analyze and verify with classic works of TCM,we can better understand the connotation of the classic works of TCM,and help people to study and apply the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.
