加味毓麟珠汤联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Yulinzhu Decoction Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of Ovulation Disorder Infertility

目的探讨加味毓麟珠汤联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果。方法选择2016年12月—2018年12月82例排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法1∶1分为对照组和研究组,各为41例。给予对照组克罗米芬治疗,研究组采用加味毓麟珠汤联合克罗米芬治疗,对比2组的子宫内膜厚度、排卵成功率、妊娠率及不良症状发生率。结果治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度相较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);排卵成功率和妊娠率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味毓麟珠汤联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症有利于增加患者的子宫内膜厚度,提高排卵成功率和妊娠率。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Yulinzhu decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with ovulatory infertility in our hospital from December 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the study group was treated with modified Yulinzhu decoction combined with clomiphene.The endometrial thickness,ovulation success rate,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of ovulation and pregnancy rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yulinzhu decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of ovulatory infertility is beneficial to increase the endometrial thickness of patients and improve the success rate of ovulation and pregnancy rate.
