耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期患者中的应用

The Application of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Acupoint Application Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年1月—2019年1月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的72例患者,并将其均分为观察组(n=36)与对照组(n=36)。其中对照组患者围手术期间应用常规护理,而观察组患者则应用耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴护理。结果观察组患者术后排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆与穴位敷贴具有简便、安全的特点,而将之用于腹腔镜胆囊切除患者中,可在改善其术后胃肠紊乱恢复的同时,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing intervention in perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the perioperative period,while those in the observation group were given ear acupoint pressing combined with acupoint application nursing.Results The recovery time of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing intervention are simple and safe.The application of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal disorders and alleviate anxiety and depression in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
