中医护理联合医护一体化护理对脑梗死并发高血压患者的护理干预作用评价

The Evaluation of Nursing Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Medical Nursing Integration Nursing on Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨中医护理联合医护一体化护理对脑梗死并发高血压患者的护理干预作用。方法将2017年6月—2018年12月收治的94例脑梗死合并高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予中医护理联合医护一体化护理干预,监测干预前后收缩压、舒张压变化,应用脑卒中神经功能缺失程度量表(CSS)评估患者神经功能情况,应用中文版Barthel指数量表(BI)评估患者日常生活能力。结果与对照组比较,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平较低(P<0.01),CSS评分较低(P<0.01),BI评分较高(P<0.01)。结论中医护理联合医护一体化护理可有效控制患者血压,改善神经功能,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of TCM nursing combined with integrated medical and nursing care on patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension.Methods 94 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with integrated nursing intervention.The changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after intervention were monitored.The neurological function of patients was assessed by stroke neurological deficit scale(CSS),and the daily living ability of patients was assessed by Barthel index scale(BI)in Chinese version.Results Compared with the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower(P<0.01),CSS scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.01),and BI scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM nursing combined with integrated nursing can effectively control blood pressure,improve nerve function and improve daily living ability.
