启宫丸改善PCOS胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

Research Progress of Qigong Pill in Improving Insulin Resistance in PCOS

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)合并胰岛素抵抗的病因复杂,现代中医认为PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗的病因病机以脾肾两虚、痰湿阻滞为主。在PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗的患者中,启宫丸为妇科治疗体肥不孕的常用方,具有燥湿化痰的作用。现代研究表明启宫丸可以调控胰岛素受体后信号转导,促进卵泡发育成熟,改善胰岛素抵抗,以助排卵和妊娠。现就启宫丸对改善PCOS胰岛素抵抗的研究进展作一综述,旨在为启宫丸治疗PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗的推广应用提供参考,同时为启宫丸治疗PCOS的疗效机制研究提供依据。

The cause of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)combined with insulin resistance is complicated.Modern traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS combined with insulin resistance is not only mainly due to the deficiency of spleen and kidney but also the blocking phlegm and dampness.Qigong pill,which has the function of dampness and phlegm,is a common prescription for gynecological treatment of fat infertility among the patients with PCOS and insulin resistance.Curently,studies have shown that Qigong pill can help the patients with PCOS to ovulate and pregnancy by regulating the signal transduction after insulin receptor,promoting the development of follicles and improving insulin resistance.This article reviews the progress of Qigong pills in improving insulin resistance in PCOS.The aim of this study is to provide a reference for the promotion and application of Qigong pill in the treatment of PCOS with insulin resistance,and to provide evidence for the efficacy mechanism of Qigong pill in the treatment of PCOS.
