大学生思想政治教育的新时代依据在于十九大报告提出的两个重大政治判断,它的新时代特征体现为指导思想、新机遇、新挑战三个方面。大学生思想政治教育体系的构建可以回归至课堂这一范畴内,也就是从第一课堂、第二课堂、第三课堂为其构建二级体系,依托体系的合力提升大学生思想政治教育质量。

The new era of College Students'ideological and political education is based on two important political judgments put forward in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress.Its new era characteristics are embodied in three aspects:guiding ideology,new opportunities and new challenges.The construction of College Students'ideological and political education system can return to the category of classroom,that is,from the first classroom,the second classroom,the third classroom to build a secondary system for it,relying on the combined efforts of the system to improve the quality of College Students'ideological and political education.
