除幽愈疡颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效及其对胃肠激素的影响

Efficacy of Chuyou Yuyang Granules combined with quadruple therapy and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones in Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer

目的探讨除幽愈疡颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的疗效及其对胃肠激素的影响。方法将180名Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者分为观察组和对照组,每组90名。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组给予除幽愈疡颗粒联合四联疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、血清胃泌素水平、血清生长抑素水平,评价两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者Hp根除情况、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的各项中医症状积分、血清胃泌素水平、复发率均低于对照组,血清生长抑素水平、治疗总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用除幽愈疡颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡,可有效地改善患者的临床症状,提高Hp根除率,降低复发率,其机制可能与该疗法纠正胃肠激素分泌紊乱有关。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Chuyou Yuyang Granules combined with quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods A total of 180 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer were divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy,and the observation group was given Chuyou Yuyang Granules combined with quadruple therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,serum gastrin level,and serum somatostatin level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,clinical efficacy was assessed in both groups,and Hp eradication rate,recurrence,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores for all TCM symptoms,lower serum gastrin level,lower recurrence rate,higher serum somatostatin level,higher total effective rate for treatment,and higher Hp eradication rate as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Chuyou Yuyang Granules combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms,increase Hp eradication rate,and reduce recurrence rate in the treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer,which may be related to its correction of gastrointestinal hormone secretion disorder.
