餐制选择中的身份认同研究

A Study of Identity in Choices of Meal Systems

在新冠疫情的影响下,合餐制再次招致非议,分餐制被重新提出,疫情过后,人们能否继续沿用分餐制值得探讨。试图从身份认同的角度分析人们的餐制选择。通过分析就餐者的餐制选择,把就餐者分为四种类型。总结出餐制选择中遵守的三种规约:权威规约、自我规约和环境规约。并分析了不同类型就餐者的身份认同,以及规约下就餐者的身份认同建构。最后指出餐制的选择是不同规约下关系价值导向和健康价值导向博弈的结果。

Under the influence of the new epidemic,the shared meal system was criticized again,and the separate meal system was put forward again.It is worth discussing whether people can continue to use the separate meal system after the epidemic.The article tries to analyze people’s choice of meal systems from the perspective of identity.This article divides diners into four types by analyzing their choices of meal systems.Three kinds of rules are summarized:authority rules,self rules and environment rules.It also analyzes the identities of different types of diners and their identity construction under the convention.Finally,the article points out that the choice of meal system is the result of the game between relationship value orientation and health value orientation under different rules.
