以“四化”为抓手加快高校思政课建设的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Construction of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities in Four Ways

高校思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,在培养有理想有本领有担当的时代新人方面起着重要作用。目前由于思政课内容供需矛盾、评价体系不完善、教学方式方法单一等问题,导致教学效果不理想。本文针对存在的问题,深入分析国内外社会环境、高校体制机制改革、学生主体出现新变化等情况,提出以"四化"(理论教学实践化、实践活动经常化、人格引导精细化、教学形式多样化)为抓手加快高校思政课建设。

The ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are the key courses for the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,and play an important role in educating new talents and improving the quality of college students.At present,the teaching is less than effective due to the contradiction in the content of ideological and political course,the imperfect evaluation system and the monotonous teaching method.In view of the existing problems,this article analyzes the social environment at home and abroad,the reform of university system and mechanism,and the new changes of students as subjects,and proposes to accelerate the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities by means of the following four methods:practice of theoretical teaching,regularization of practical activities,refinement of personality guidance and diversification of teaching forms.
