The Value and Practice of the Cultivation of the Awareness of the Chinese Nation Community for Ethnic Minority College Students

中华民族共同体意识培育,是提高少数民族大学生综合素质的内在要求,改进高校思想政治教育工作的内在需要,维护民族团结的重要举措。然而在实践中面临文化风俗影响、新媒体和西方文化冲击、社会认知不成熟等的挑战。为此,高校应当从精准管理服务靶向、优化育人模式、提高学生素质三个方面入手,为高校思想政治工作提供新的现实践履。

To build up the awareness of the Chinese nation community,which is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,has become the common will and fundamental compliance of the whole Party and the people of all nationalities.The cultivation of the Chinese Nation Community Consciousness is an important measure to improve the comprehensive quality of ethnic minority college students,to improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to maintain national unity.However,in practice,it faces the challenges of the influence of cultural customs,the negative impact of new media and western culture,and the immaturity of social cognition.Therefore,colleges and universities should start in the following three aspects:precising the management and service targets,optimizing the education mode,and improving students’quality,so as to provide new practice for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,.
