摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对神经内科留置导尿管患者导尿管相关性尿路感染发生率的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2018年12月我院神经内科收治的留置导尿管患者200例,等分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行集束化护理,比较两组患者的导尿管相关性尿路感染发生率及生活状况评分。结果观察组患者的导尿管相关性尿路感染发生率为6%,相比对照组的16%显著偏低(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活状况指标评分相比对照组均显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在神经内科留置导尿管患者中的应用,可有效减少导尿管相关性尿路感染的发生,改善患者生活状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of clustering nursing on the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection in patients with neurological indwelling catheter.Methods A total of 200 patients with indwelling catheters admitted to our department of neurology from May to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group underwent bundled nursing and compared the leads of the two groups.Urinary tract urinary tract infection rate and living status score.Results The incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The life status index of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in patients with neurological indwelling catheter can effectively reduce the occurrence of catheter-related urinary tract infection and improve the living conditions of patients.
