摘要
2005年到2018年间,贵州高等教育事业发展迅速,贵州高校本科专业设置、布点和招生人数都有较大规模增长,然而其科类结构变化幅度却不显著。面对贵州经济社会发展的新形势,贵州高校本科专业结构存在专业规模扩张幅度过大,专业招生计划编制缺乏科学性,专业布点趋同等问题。今后,教育主管部门要加强宏观指导,合理规划专业规模;高校要理性办学,铸造专业特色;第三方机构要充分发挥评估功能,客观评价高校专业质量。
From 2005 to 2018,because of the rapid development of higher education in Guizhou,the setting of undergraduate majors,placements and enrollment of colleges and universities in Guizhou have increased on a large scale,but the degree of change in the structure of disciplines has not been significant.Facing the new situation of economic and social development in Guizhou,the structure of undergraduate major setting of colleges and universities in Guizhou has the problem of excessive expansion of the professional scale,lack of scientificity in the preparation of professional enrollment plans,and the convergence of professional distribution.In the future,the education authority should strengthen macro guidance and rationally plan the scale of majors;universities should run schools rationally and cast their program characteristics;third-party institutions should give full play to their evaluation functions and evaluate the professional quality of universities objectively.
