摘要
瘟疫是有强烈传染性并能引起广泛流行的一类疾病,具有强烈的社会危害性。中医药在治疗2003年SARS和本次COVID-19中发挥了举足轻重的作用。小儿是瘟疫好发人群,该文综述了中医药防治小儿COVID-19等瘟疫性疾病的临床研究,重点选取痄腮、手足口病、水痘等具代表性的小儿常见疫病以及流感、SARS、COVID-19等危害严重的时行疫毒,以期为小儿传染性疾病的防治提供参考。
The highly contagious pestilences can cause widespread and great social harm.Chinese medicine has been playing a pivotal role in treating SARS of 2003 and COVID-19.Children are susceptible to pestilences.This article reviewed the clinical researches on the prevention and treatment of childhood COVID-19 and other pestilences,including common epidemic diseases such as mumps,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,chickenpox,and severe epidemics such as influenza,SARS,and COVID-19.This article aims to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of childhood infectious diseases.
