摘要
针对刀-屑界面切削液的用量估算,建立刀-屑界面滑移区数值接触模型,仿真并分析了界面内切削液的渗入及存储,以此为基础估算了切削液的用量,利用金属切削试验对评估结果进行了验证,为进一步丰富和发展MQL切削技术奠定了基础。
A numerical simulation model of the slipping zone of tool-chip interface is established,and the infiltration of cutting fluid in interface is simulated.According to the simulated results,the consumption of cutting fluid at the tool-chip interface is estimated.The conclusion is verified with metal cutting experiments which provide a reference for further enriching and developing MQL cutting technology.
