摘要
为研发高效、经济、环保的淤泥固化剂,使用传统硅酸盐水泥作为参照固化剂,以黄海某海域海底淤泥为研究对象,在淡水环境和海水环境的标准养护条件下,探究不同因素对固化土混合料浆流动度及固化土无侧限抗压强度的影响。结果表明,影响固化土混合料浆流动度的显著因素是水固比和分散剂掺量,水泥掺量几乎没有影响。影响固化土无侧限抗压强度的因素顺序为水泥掺量因素>水固比因素>分散剂掺量因素。结合正交试验的固化土强度数据确定最佳配合比为水泥掺量6.25%、水固比0.75以及分散剂掺量0.6%。此外,固化土在海水环境中,两相界面有明显的裂纹,导致界面软化强度降低。
To develop an efficient,economic and eco-friendly silt curing agent,the ordinary Portland cement was used as a reference curing agent,and the seabed sediment in a certain area of the Yellow Sea was taken as the research object to study the effects of different factors on the fluidity of mixed slurry of solidified soil and unconfined compressive strength of solidified soil under the standard conservation conditions of freshwater and seawater environments.The results show that the significant factors affecting the fluidity of mixed slurry of solidified soil are the water-solid ratio and the amount of dispersant.The cement content has almost no effect.The order of factors affecting the unconfined compressive strength of cement-solidified soil is cement content>water-solid ratio>the amount of dispersant.Combined with the strength data of the orthogonal test,it can be confirmed that the optimal blending ratio is 6.25%cement content,0.75 water-solid ratios and 0.6%dispersant content.In addition,the cement-solidified soil shows obvious cracks at the two-phase boundary in seawater environment,which leads to the decrease of interface softening strength.
