超长直埋钢管组装焊接及整体吊装技术

摘要 长输管道一般直径较大,采用直埋方式敷设,经常穿越滩涂、沼泽、农田等地质较差区域,管道沟槽支护时间长,周边环境复杂,作业条件恶劣,管道安装施工进度和质量难以保证。曹妃甸集中供热长输管道工程中,采用了管道下向焊、整体吊装和无补偿电预热等新技术,降低了现场操作难度,确保了管道工程质量,加快了施工进度,实现了按期供暖的政府目标,可为港口、市政、农田水利等大直径长距离管道工程技术准备和工程实施提供借鉴。 Long-distance pipelines are generally large in diameter and are laid by direct burying methods.They often have to travel through poor geological areas such as tidal flats,swamps,and farmland.Pipeline trenches have long support times,complicated surrounding environments,and poor operating conditions.It is difficult to ensure the progress and quality of pipeline installation and construction.In Caofeidian centralized heating long-distance pipeline project,new technologies such as downward welding of the pipeline,overall hoisting,and uncompensated electric preheating have been adopted.It reduced the on-site operation difficulty,ensured the quality of the pipeline project,speeded up the construction schedule,and achieved the government goal of heating on schedule.It can provide reference for the technical preparation and implementation of largediameter and long-distance pipeline engineering such as ports,municipalities,and farmland water conservancy.
