装卸软管是液体化工码头、小型液体散货码头常用装卸设备,但因其笨重、易被破坏,常给安全生产带来隐患,如操作不慎还会引发事故。通过福建泉州“11.4”碳九泄漏事故实例,介绍了装卸软管的分类及使用要求,分析事故原因,解析常用软管保护措施及存在的不足,并从软管架的组成与操作、软管挂架可确保软管时时处于安全工况、以及立体敷设工艺管道等方面论述软管架对装卸软管的保护,可供同类工程参考。

Loading&unloading hose is a common handing equipment for petrochemical terminal project and small liquid bulk terminal,but because of the characteristics of its heavy and easy to be damaged,it often brings hidden danger to safety production,such as careless operation will cause accidents.By replaying the process of"11.4"C9 leakage accident in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,the classification and use requirements of loading&unloading hose were briefly introduced,the causes of the accident was analyzed,the usual protective measures of hose and its deficiency were analyzed,and the protection of terminal hose tower for loading&unloading hose was demonstrated from the aspects of the composition and operation of hose tower,ensuring that the hose is always in a safe working condition,three-dimensional laying process pipeline,etc.It can be used as reference for similar projects.
