摘要
对外援助项目管理,与国内项目管理在管理范围、职责权限、程序等方面有所不同,有其自身的管理要求。以援巴布亚新几内亚道路项目管理为例,分析对外援助项目管理要点,总结对外援助项目管理过程中遇到的问题、解决问题的措施和对策,为对外援助项目管理提供帮助或借鉴。
Foreign aid project management is different from domestic project management in terms of management scope,responsibility and authority,procedure,etc.,it has its own management requirements.Taking the road project management in Papua New Guinea as an example,we analyzed the key points of foreign aid project management,summarized the problems encountered in the process of foreign aid project management,measures and countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide help or reference for foreign aid project management.
