健康中国视域下太极拳的“圆”文化教育

The Circular Culture And Education of Taijiquan Under the View of Healthy China

在健康中国的时代背景下,运用文献资料法以太极拳的“圆”文化教育作为研究对象,针对太极拳所特有的“圆”文化,提出了“圆”文化的三层涵义:行功走架中的“圆”为表层圆文化,技击中的圆为中层“圆”文化,拳理中的“圆”为深层“圆”文化。剖析了太极拳“圆”文化作用于学生健康的机理:对学生“健康形”的塑造——表层“圆”文化的身体教育;对学生“健康用”的培育——中层圆文化的体悟教育;对学生“健康心”的雕琢——深层圆文化的和谐教育。分析了太极拳“圆”文化教学中的实践困惑,并以此构建了太极拳“圆”文化的教学路径:坚持太极拳拳理思想引领;坚持太极拳身法要求规范;坚持太极拳技击理念定位。

Under the background of healthy China,this paper takes the"circle"culture education of Taijiquan as the research object by using the method of literature.Aiming at the unique circle culture of Taijiquan,this paper puts forward the three meanings of circle culture:the circle in the walking frame is the surface circle culture,the circle in the fighting is the middle circle culture,and the circle in the boxing theory is the deep circle culture.This paper analyzes the mechanism of Taijiquan's round culture on students'health:shaping students'healthy shape--Physical Education of surface round culture;cultivating students'healthy use--Understanding Education of middle level round culture;carving students'healthy mind--harmonious education of deep round culture.This paper analyzes the practical confusion in the teaching of round culture of Taijiquan,and constructs the teaching path of round culture based on it:adhere to the theoretical and ideological guidance of Taijiquan;adhere to the requirements of Taijiquan body method;adhere to the positioning of the concept of Taijiquan.
