摘要
目的:建立樟木中樟脑的含量测定方法,为樟木的质量标准控制提供科学依据。方法:采用日本岛津GC-2014C气相色谱仪,柱子:以聚乙二醇20000(PEC-20M)为固定相,涂布浓度为10%的毛细管柱。柱温:起始温度80℃,停留9 min,升温速率40℃/min,最终温度180℃,停留3 min;载气(氮气)流量:1 mL/min;进样口温度:190℃;分流比为(20∶1);检测器温度:220℃。结果:樟脑在0.029~0.725 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率98.48%。RSD为0.82%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为樟木中樟脑的含量测定方法;樟木不同批次间樟脑含量不存在较大差异。
Objective:Establishment of a method for the determination of camphor in camphor wood,Provide scientific basis for quality standard of camphor wood. Methods:Japanese Shimadzu GC-2014 C gas chromatograph was used polyethylene glycol 20000(PEC-20 M)as stationary phase and coated with 10% capillary column. Column temprature fluency:initial temprature 80 ℃, stay 9 min, heating rate40 ℃/min, final temprature 180 ℃, stay 3 min;Carrier gas(nitrogen) flow rate:1 mL/min;inlet temprature :190 ℃, shunt ratio:(20∶1);detector temprature 220 ℃. Results:Camphor was good in the range of 0.029 ~0.0725 mg/mL. The linear relationship was r =0.999, the average recovery was 98.48%. RSD:0.82%. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be use for the determination of camphor in camphor wood. There is no significant differenc in camphor content among different batches of camphor.
