双黄蓝抗病毒口服液质量标准的定性研究

目的:研究双黄蓝抗病毒口服液的定性方法。方法:采用薄层层析法对双黄蓝抗病毒口服液中的银花、连翘、大青叶、黄芩进行定性分析。结果:在硅胶板上样品与对照品相应的位置上,显相同的颜色斑点,阴性样品无干扰;定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强。结论:建立的方法准确可靠,可用于双黄蓝抗病毒口服液质量控制。

Objective:To establish the quality standard of the Shuanghuanglan kan bingdu oral solution.Methods:TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of honeysuckle;fructus forsythiae;Folium isatidis. Scutellaria baicalensis. Results:The TLC identification methods of honeysuckle;fructus forsythiae;Folium isatidis;Scutellaria baicalensis.were simple,esay to repeat,with clear spots,good separation and free of interference of negative samples. Conclusion:TLC identification result showed that the chromatography was clear and specific.It can be used as the quality standard of Shuanghuanglan kan bingdu oral solution.
