利福平治疗脓疱疮的疗效观察

The Effect of Rifampin on the Treatment of Impetigo

目的:观察利福平在脓疱疮治疗中的临床疗效。方法:本研究以我院皮肤科门诊于2018年1月—2018年12月收治的100例脓疱疮患者进行回顾性分析,所有样本均经随机抽样法平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规换药治疗,观察组给予利福平换药治疗,对比两组的伤口愈合时间、创面疼痛时间、症状消失时间,并对两组的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果:①观察组的伤口愈合时间、创面疼痛时间、症状消失时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组总有效率为100%(显效49例、有效1例、无效0例),明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组不良反应发生率为6%,对照组为8%,两组比较无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用利福平治疗脓疱疮,能够明显缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果,而且不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rifampicin in the treatment of pustulosis Methods:100 patients with pustulosis treated in dermatology clinic of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group(n = 50)and observation group(n = 50)by parallel random sampling,and the control group was treated with routine dressing change. The observation group was treated with rifampicin,the wound healing time,wound pain time and symptom disappearance time of the two groups were compared,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:① the wound healing time,wound pain time and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);② in the observation group,49 cases were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).③ During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6% in the observation group and 8% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of rifampicin in the treatment of bullous patients can obviously shorten the treatment time and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worth popularizing.
