摘要
通过用价值共创和学科服务相关理论挖掘馆员、用户、资源提供方的利益诉求,剖析影响学科服务主客体关系的联动机制,探究双一流背景下新学科服务模式,为高校图书馆学科服务更好发展提供建议。通过对不同利益相关者互动行为的分析,建构人—物、人—人交互模型路径,并结合价值共创共享理论设计高校图书馆学科服务流程,构建价值共创视角下的高校图书馆学科服务模式,凸显学科用户的主体地位,同时保证其他各方群体利益的合理实现。在此基础之上,有效推动馆员用户互动关系的建立以及学科服务的增值,扩大其纵深影响力,打造学科服务品牌。
By using the theory of value creation and subject service,this paper excavates the interests of librarians,users and resource providers,analyzes the linkage mechanism that affects the relationship between subject and object,explores the new subject service mode under the background of double first-class,and provides suggestions for the better development of university library discipline service.Through the analysis of the interaction behavior of different stakeholders,this paper constructs the path of human-material,human-human interaction model,and combines the theory of value-sharing to design the subject service flow of university library.On this basis,it can effectively promote the establishment of user interaction and the appreciation of subject service,expand its influence in depth,and create discipline service brand.
