人口老龄化背景下老旧小区改造的困境与路径

当前中国人口老龄化压力日增,老旧小区基础设施大多已老化,管理方式落后,其改造过程中牵涉到的老年人问题亟待解决。本文从老龄化视角出发,探究中国老旧小区改造中老龄人口遭遇的困境,着眼于客观环境的限制与老年人主观思维的顾虑对于改造所产生的阻力,并从社区的绿化程度、适老化程度和居民受益程度三个方面为改善老龄人口的居住环境提出针对性建议,以期为推进老旧小区改造运行模式提供借鉴与参考。

At present,the pressure of aging population is increasing in our country.Most of the old community have aging infrastructure and backward management.The problems of the elderly in⁃volved in the process need to be solved.From the perspective of aging,this paper explores the plight of the elderly population in the reformation of old community in China,focusing on the constraints of the objective environment and the resistance of the elderly people’s subjective thinking to the refor⁃mation,and puts forward targeted suggestions for improving the living environment of the elderly population from three aspects of the greening degree of the community,the suitable aging degree and the residents’benefit degree,so as to promote the aging of our country The operation mode of com⁃munity reformation provides reference and reference.
