摘要 某公司生产的60~90 mm厚度13MnNiMoR钢板表面在粗轧阶段局部产生搓板状横裂纹,通过生产工艺调查、显微组织观察以及能谱分析对钢板裂纹产生原因展开研究。结果表明:连铸坯内部存在原始裂纹,在粗轧阶段不合适的轧制压下规程和高压除鳞水量促使高温钢板表面局部急剧冷却,不协调变形加剧内部裂纹开裂、扩展,形成搓板状横裂纹。据此制定了钢板表面裂纹的预防措施。 Washboard transverse cracks form locally on the surface of 13MnNiMoR steel plate with thickness from 60 mm to 90 mm produced by a company at rough rolling stage,of which the causes are studied by means of production process investigation,microstructure observation and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that original cracks exist in the slab,irrational rolling schedule at rough rolling stage and high pressure descaling water flow lead to local surface rapid cooling of high temperature steel plate,incoordinate deformation intensifies the internal crack openning and propogation,thus forming washboard transverse crack.Preventive measures are established for the surface cracks of steel plate.
