经皮冠状动脉介入治疗186例老年冠心病的临床探究

Clinical Study on Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Treatment of 186 Elderly Coronary Heart Diseases

目的:分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年1月~2019年8月本科室收治的201例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,按照患者的治疗方式分为A组及B组,A组186例患者采取常规药物+经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,B组15例患者采取常规药物治疗,比较两组疗效、症状改善时间以及不良反应。结果:A组总有效率为96.8%,B组为73.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);A组症状改善时间短于B组(P<0.05);A组不良反应发生率为5.38%,B组为6.67%,两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者采取经皮冠状动脉介入治疗效果理想,安全性高,值得推荐使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous coronary intervention in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease.Methods:201 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the undergraduate room from January 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups A and B according to the treatment methods of the patients.186 patients in group A were treated with conventional drugs and percutaneous coronary intervention,while 15 patients in group B were treated with conventional drugs.The efficacy,symptom improvement time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of group A was 96.8%,group B was 73.3%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the time of symptom improvement in group A was shorter than that of group B(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of group A was 5.38%,group B was 6.67%,and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease has ideal results and high safety,and it is worth recommending.
