精密过滤输液器与普通输液器在静疗安全中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Application Effect of Precision Filter Infusion Set and Common Infusion Set in Static Therapy Safety

目的:探讨精密过滤输液器与普通输液器在静脉输液治疗安全中的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为2018年10月~2019年10月在本院接受静脉输液治疗的患者64例,将患者分为精密组与普通组,每组各有患者32例,精密组患者采用精密过滤输液器行静脉输液治疗,普通组患者运用普通输液器行静脉输液治疗。结果:精密组患者不良反应发生率与普通组患者相比明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在输液疼痛严重程度的比较上,精密组患者明显轻于普通组患者,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);精密组患者与普通组患者相比,其对治疗满意程度明显较高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:精密过滤输液器的静疗安全性显著优于普通输液器。

Objective:To explore the application effect of precision filter infusion set and common infusion set in the safety of intravenous infusion.Methods:The subjects of this study were 64 patients who were treated with intravenous infusion in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.The patients were divided into the precision group and the ordinary group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the precision group were treated with intravenous infusion with precision filter infusion set,and the patients in the ordinary group were treated with intravenous infusion set.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the precision group was significantly lower than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of infusion pain severity,patients in the precision group were significantly less severe than those in the normal group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the precision group were significantly more satisfied with the treatment than those in the normal group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The static therapy safety of precision filter infusion set is significantly better than that of ordinary infusion set.
