电子支气管镜肺活检对周围型及弥漫性肺病变的诊断价值

The Value of Electronic Bronchoscopy Lung Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Peripheral and Diffuse Lung Diseases

目的:分析电子支气管镜肺活检对周围型及弥漫性肺病变的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年8月来本院采用常规支气管镜检查但是未发现腔内病变患者60例作为研究对象,包括32例周围型肺部阴影患者和28例弥漫性肺部病变患者。对这60例患者基于影像学解剖定位开展电子支气管镜肺活检,观察疾病检出率。结果:32例周围型肺部阴影患者中共检出患者23例,包括肺癌患者11例、炎症患者9例和继发型肺结核患者3例,疾病总检出率为71.88%;28例弥漫性肺部病变患者中共检出患者12例,包括间质性肺炎患者4例、结节病患者3例、肺泡细胞癌患者2例、继发型肺结核患者2例以及肺孢子菌肺炎患者1例,疾病总检出率为42.85%。60例患者疾病总检出率为58.33%。结论:电子支气管镜肺活检对于周围型及弥漫性肺病变患者具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of electronic bronchoscopy lung biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral and diffuse lung diseases.Methods:From February 2018 to August 2019,60 patients were selected as the study object,including 32 patients with peripheral pulmonary shadow and 28 patients with diffuse pulmonary disease.The electronic bronchoscopy lung biopsy was carried out in these 60 patients based on the imaging anatomical location and the detection rate of the disease was observed.Results:23 patients were detected in 32 patients with peripheral pulmonary shadow,including 11 patients with lung cancer,9 patients with inflammation and 3 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis,with a total detection rate of 71.88%;12 patients were detected in 28 patients with diffuse pulmonary disease,including 4 patients with interstitial pneumonia,3 patients with sarcoidosis,2 patients with alveolar cell carcinoma,2 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis and 1 case of Pneumocystis pneumonia was found,with a total detection rate of 42.85%.The total detection rate of these 60 patients was 58.33%.Conclusion:Electronic bronchoscopy lung biopsy has a high diagnostic value for patients with peripheral and diffuse lung diseases.
