电子胃镜在诊断胃溃疡患者中的应用研究

Application of Electronic Gastroscopy in the Diagnosis of Gastric Ulcer Patients

目的:分析电子胃镜在诊断胃溃疡患者中的应用研究。方法:选择145例在本科室进行胃溃疡治疗的患者进行调研,此次调查选举时间在2018年5月~2019年1月。参与调查患者经活检确诊均为胃溃疡者,同时对参与调查患者行胃镜检查,并分析胃镜检查结果。结果:参与调查的患者共计145例,其中幽门梗阻共计39例、出血共计62例、穿孔共计44例,构成比分别为26.89%、42.76%、30.44%;胃镜检查准确率为97.93%和病理活检结果的100%相对比较低,但两组差异并不明显,P=0.0817。结论:在胃溃疡患者临床诊断中,可采用胃镜检查方式,效果优异,值得应用。

Objective:To study the application of electronic gastroscopy in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer.Methods:145 patients with gastric ulcer were investigated from May 2018 to January 2019.All the patients were diagnosed as gastric ulcer by biopsy.at the same time,the patients involved in the investigation were examined by gastroscopy,and the results of gastroscopy were analyzed.Results:A total of 145 patients were investigated,including 39 cases of pylorus obstruction,62 cases of bleeding and 44 cases of perforation,the constituent ratios were 26.89%,42.76%and 30.44%,respectively.The accuracy of 97.93%and 100%of pathological biopsies were relatively low,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.0817).Conclusion:Gastroscopy can be used in the clinical diagnosis of gastric ulcer,and the effect is excellent and worthy of application.
