脑梗死继发癫痫患者的脑电图检查及诊断作用分析

Analysis of Electroencephalogram(EEG)and Diagnostic Function in Patients with Epilepsy Secondary to Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析脑梗死继发性癫痫患者经脑电图检查与诊断临床价值。方法:选2017年5月~2018年6月本院所收治脑梗死后继发癫痫患者80例作为观察对象,80例患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例患者。对照组实施经颅多普勒超声检查,实验组实施脑电图检查,观察两组检查方式的临床效果。结果:实验组异常检出率为95.0%(38/40),对照组异常检出率为75.0%(30/40),两组之间数据差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑电图对于脑梗死继发性癫痫疾病诊断具有重要价值,能够有效提高疾病的检出几率,有助于促进疾病的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of electroencephalogram examination and diagnosis in patients with secondary epilepsy of cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with secondary epilepsy after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as observation subjects,and 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography was performed in the control group and electroencephalogram(EEG)was performed in the experimental group.The clinical effects of the two methods were observed.Results:The abnormal detection rate was 95.0%(38/40)in the experimental group and 75.0%(30/40)in the control group.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:EEG is of great value in the diagnosis of secondary epilepsy of cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the detection rate of the disease and promote the therapeutic effect of the disease.
